Why is there a WFNL fee and a Club fee?
What is “WFNL only” and “WFNL with pre-paid voucher”?
These options are used to allow registration to be completed now, with fees finalised later.
WFNL only + $1
This option registers the player with both the WFNL and the club.
The $1 is a placeholder payment only and full fees are still due by Wednesday 1st April 2026.
WFNL with pre-paid voucher
This option registers the player with the WFNL and applies the $50 pre-registration voucher to club fees.
Any remaining balance is still due by Wednesday 1st April 2026.
How can I pay my balance?
Balances are paid through the PlayHQ Store.

The preferred payment method is via the PlayHQ Store.
We also accept payment by:
• Bank transfer
• Cash on registration day
• Card on registration day
Multi-child discount and how it is applied
Families with more than one registered child receive a 10 percent discount on club fees for the second and subsequent children.
This discount is applied directly in PlayHQ under the parent account.
All children must be registered under the same parent or guardian PlayHQ account for the discount to apply.
Payment plans
In special circumstances, families may request a payment plan in writing for consideration by the club.
Any arrangement must be agreed before the balance due date.
How do I use a Get Active voucher?
Once you receive your Get Active voucher from the Victorian Government, email it to the Treasurer.

A unique PlayHQ discount code will be created for you and sent back.
You then enter this code during registration to reduce your balance.

Get Active vouchers are applied to your full fees. They are not a club discount.

When can I join my team’s Facebook group?
Team Facebook groups can be joined once registration has been completed.
What do players receive with their registration?
Each player will receive a pre-game guernsey which is theirs to keep and can also be worn at training sessions.

Players will also be allocated a numbered playing guernsey for matches.
This playing guernsey must be returned to the team manager after the player’s final game of the season.

Transferring to Werribee Centrals
Players interested in transferring to Werribee Centrals from another football club should register their interest by emailing secretary@werribeecentralsjuniorfc.com.au.
